1 About Vokido Beta

Vokido is a learning app. Features may change, and service availability may be interrupted. Vokido is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Your use of Vokido is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Vokido uses artificial intelligence to deliver learning content and feedback. AI-generated feedback may not always be fully accurate and should not be treated as professional educational advice.

2 Eligibility and child accounts

Vokido is designed for learning and may be used by children and adults. If the learner is under 18, a parent/guardian consent step is mandatory during onboarding before the learner can use Vokido.

If we discover that a user has provided false age information to bypass parental consent, we will suspend the account and delete the associated data promptly.

3 Accounts and security

Users sign in using phone number verification (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your device and phone number secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@vokido.co.

4 Payments and subscriptions

Vokido offers paid subscriptions billed through Google Play Billing. By purchasing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your Google Play account is charged at the start of each billing period.
• You can cancel anytime through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Google Play. Vokido does not receive or store your payment details.
• Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. For refund requests, contact Google Play or reach us at support@vokido.co and we will assist where possible.
• We will give reasonable advance notice of any change to subscription pricing.

5 Referral codes and partner discounts

Some learners join Vokido through a partner learning centre using a referral link or code, where a discount may apply to your subscription.

• Codes and links are issued by partner centres and are valid only while that partnership is active. Discounts are not guaranteed and may change or end.
• We may decline or withdraw a code that has been shared beyond its intended recipients, used improperly, or issued in error.
• Joining through a partner centre involves sharing limited information with that centre, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you ask us to stop that sharing, the centre discount may no longer apply.
• Any arrangement between you and a partner centre is separate from these Terms. We are not responsible for a centre's own services, fees, or commitments.

6 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share illegal content or content that harms children
• share sensitive personal data (e.g., passwords, financial details, government ID numbers)
• attempt to disrupt, abuse, or overload the service

7 Feedback

If you submit feedback, you grant Vokido permission to use it to improve the product without compensation.

8 Suspension and termination

Vokido does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes or improvements in English proficiency. Results will vary based on individual usage and effort. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the account is being misused, is unsafe, violates these terms, or is required for compliance or security.

9 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vokido is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the beta service.

10 User rights and account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting us at support@vokido.co. Deletion requests are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice in-app or on our website for material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

14 Intellectual property

Vokido owns all app content, characters, and intellectual property within the service.

You retain ownership of your own voice and chat data. By using Vokido, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
